Milton Hershey School is seeking dedicated and caring individuals to join our team as Houseparents. As a Houseparent, you will serve as a live-in caregiver, providing guidance and support to students in a family-like setting.
The role involves guiding 8-12 students, handling responsibilities such as medication administration and budgeting. Couples must be committed to providing a nurturing environment, promoting academic excellence, and fostering social-emotional growth.
We require couples to have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
