What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Guidance Leaders position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking Youth Guidance Leaders to join our team as married couples residing in on-campus student homes. In this role, couples will work together to provide guidance and support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Job Responsibilities
The selected couples will be responsible for:
- Providing a family-like structure for students, including meals, household management, and transportation
- Supporting students' educational and personal development
- Collaborating with other staff members to ensure students receive comprehensive support
The ideal candidate couple will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They should also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, the couple must meet the following qualifications:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 27 years old
- Have valid driver's licenses and be able to become certified to drive student home vans
- Have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
