About the Houseparent Role
You'll work closely with students, understanding their needs and challenges. As Houseparents, you'll be responsible for managing daily routines, administering medication, and providing emotional support. Our flexible schedule allows for nine days of work followed by three days off.
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings
- Couples must be married for at least two years
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Only one dog of approved breeds is permitted in the student home

- Approx. $150,000 per couple
