The successful candidates will oversee a group of 8-12 students, managing various responsibilities including transportation and medication administration. They will work closely with their spouse to create a supportive environment that fosters academic success and personal growth.
The ideal candidate couple should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application. This is a unique career path that takes consideration and commitment from both spouses.
