Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement engaging programs that foster social, emotional, and academic growth
• Provide consistent guidance and support to students, promoting a sense of belonging and community
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless coordination of student care and activities
• Manage daily activities and responsibilities, including driving and administering medication as needed
Requirements and Qualifications
• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings
• Couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older
• High school diploma or GED required; valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate high integrity as a role model for students
• Both spouses must complete an individual employment application
Benefits and Compensation
