Milton Hershey School seeks dedicated couples to join our team as flex houseparents.
As part of this role, couples will provide a nurturing environment and guidance to students from disadvantaged backgrounds, manage various responsibilities such as transportation and budgeting, and lead daily devotions.
Candidates should have experience working with youth and be comfortable taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
A high school diploma or GED is required, and both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
Benefits:
Salary of $43,825 per person, total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple, free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
