We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a flex houseparent, you will live on-campus with your spouse and work together to create a supportive and stable environment for a group of 8-12 students.
You will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, helping them develop essential life skills and achieve their academic goals. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
