Couples will also receive a salary of $43,825 per person, with a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple.
Role Responsibilities
Couples will be responsible for guiding students, managing household tasks, and fostering a stable family-like structure. They will also be required to take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services and lead daily devotions. Couples must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students. They will also be responsible for managing the household budget and reporting any issues or concerns to the administration.
Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, couples must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. Couples must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required. High school diploma or GED is necessary.
