We are seeking Student Home Leaders to join our team. As a Student Home Leader, you and your spouse will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
The Salary for this position is $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more). We require both spouses to be age 27 or older, have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
