Our Opportunity
We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students in a family-like structure. As a flex houseparent couple, you will reside in an on-campus student home and provide a supportive environment for your assigned students. Your responsibilities will include managing daily routines, administering medication, driving, budgeting, and reporting.
What We Offer
The compensation package for this role includes a combined salary of approximately $150,000, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance. As a flex houseparent couple, you will also enjoy a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school. Additionally, you will receive three-week paid summer vacation and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Qualifications
To be successful as a flex houseparent couple, you should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be at least 27 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions. Couples must also be willing to abide by the school's smoke-free and weapon-free campus policies and have valid driver's licenses.
