About the Position
As a Student Home Leader, you will reside in a student home with your spouse and work together to create a family-like atmosphere for students.
You will be responsible for overseeing daily needs, including driving, budgeting, and administering medication, as well as providing guidance and nurturing to students.
Key Responsibilities
- Reside in a student home with your spouse
- Oversee daily needs of 8-12 students, including driving, budgeting, and administering medication
- Provide guidance and nurturing to students
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
