About the Role:
House Parents at Milton Hershey School are responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our students. This includes managing household responsibilities, preparing meals, and maintaining a safe and healthy living space. You will also be involved in the daily lives of our students, including taking them to appointments, attending school events, and participating in activities such as sports and arts programs.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to work closely with our teaching staff to provide additional support and guidance to our students. This may involve helping with homework, attending parent-teacher conferences, and providing emotional support and guidance to students who may be struggling.
