About the Role
We are seeking a married couple to become Houseparents, providing a supportive family-like environment for students.
Responsibilities
- Guide and nurture a group of 8-12 students
- Manage various responsibilities, including driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
- Reside in on-campus student homes and provide daily support to students
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- A high school diploma or GED required
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
