About the Role
We are seeking dedicated couples to join our team as flex houseparents. As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of students in a family-like environment. Your duties will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and other essential responsibilities. When initially hired, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to students in a family-like environment
- Drive students and handle transportation responsibilities
- Administer medication and perform other essential tasks
- Budget and manage household expenses
- Report incidents and maintain accurate records

Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Ability to lead students in daily devotions and participate in Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students
