Key Responsibilities
As a couple, you will live in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include managing daily activities, providing a family-like structure, and handling tasks such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will work closely with students, helping them develop essential life skills and achieve their full potential.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and you should have a high school diploma or equivalent. You must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Additionally, you should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
