As a Houseparent at Milton Hershey School, you will play a critical role in shaping the lives of our students and helping them achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to students, promoting their emotional and academic well-being
- Manage various tasks, such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
- Establish a positive and inclusive living environment, encouraging open communication and respect among students and staff
- Participate in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, fostering a sense of community and spirituality

- Salary: $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)

Qualifications:

- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated integrity and a strong sense of responsibility
