What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Support Couples position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking dedicated and caring married couples to join our team as House Parents at Milton Hershey School. As a House Parent, you will provide a nurturing and family-like environment for students in need, while also handling various responsibilities such as transportation, medication administration, and budgeting.
Our school offers an exceptional education with housing, meals, and more – all at no cost to our students. We require our House Parents to be experienced in working with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and to have been legally married for at least two years.
You will be responsible for creating a consistent family-like structure for your assigned group of students. You will handle daily tasks, provide guidance and support, and become a positive influence in their lives. Your flexibility and adaptability will enable you to navigate the needs of each student and contribute to their growth and development.
