What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Support Family Facilitator position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a nurturing environment for 8-12 students. As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you and your spouse will serve as a family unit, guiding and nurturing students and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
Our students benefit from a comprehensive program that includes career-focused education, housing, meals, and more. All costs are covered, ensuring that our students and staff can thrive without financial burdens.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
