Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have experience working with youth and meet the following requirements:
- Legal marriage for at least two years
- Age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
Benefits and Compensation
The flex houseparent role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; life insurance; disability options; and retirement savings. The salary for this role is $43,825 per person, with a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple.
