Job Description and Responsibilities
Flex houseparents are responsible for providing a consistent family-like structure for students, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. They handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more.
Couples will reside in on-campus student homes and cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home. Flex houseparents must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
