The role of a Houseparent at Milton Hershey School involves providing a supportive and nurturing environment for students in our residential program. As a married couple, you will live on-campus with a group of 8-12 students and serve as their primary caregivers, advocates, and role models. Your responsibilities will include managing daily routines, supervising homework and chores, planning recreational activities, and supporting students' academic and personal growth. You will also have opportunities to engage in community service and participate in professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
