What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Support Providers position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a flex houseparent, you will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and supporting a group of approximately 8-12 students.
Your responsibilities will include managing daily activities, administering medication, and fostering a family-like atmosphere. You will also be required to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, relocation assistance, and paid training. Our flexible schedule includes nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school.
Couples must meet specific qualifications, including having been legally married for at least two years, both spouses being age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children residing in the student home.
