Job Summary
We are seeking married couples to join our team as flex houseparents. In this role, you will reside in student homes, provide emotional support, and ensure the well-being of approximately 8-12 students. You will work closely with colleagues to create a nurturing environment, where students can thrive academically, emotionally, and socially.
Responsibilities
- Providing guidance and support to students
- Managing daily tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
- Coordinating student activities and outings
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting incidents
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous experience working with youth, preferably in underprivileged settings
- Couples must be comfortable living on campus and following school rules
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive student vans
