About the Role
We are looking for married couples to become full-time houseparents at Milton Hershey School.
As a houseparent, you will live on-campus with a group of 8-12 students, providing a stable and supportive family-like environment.
You will be responsible for guiding students, administering medication, and managing household tasks, as well as driving students and handling household budgets.
The ideal candidate has experience working or volunteering with youth and is comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to church services.
