What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Welfare and Support Specialist position at Milton Hershey School?
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and you should be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
You must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for our students. Finally, both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
