About the Role and Responsibilities
As a Residential Youth Caregiver, your primary responsibility will be to provide a supportive and caring environment for our students. This includes creating a family-like atmosphere, managing daily tasks, and attending to the needs of approximately 8-12 students.
You will work closely with your spouse to ensure that all responsibilities are shared and that the students receive the care and attention they deserve. Your duties may include driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting, among other tasks.
