What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supportive Caregivers Needed position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is committed to providing exceptional educational opportunities to disadvantaged students. As part of this commitment, we are seeking married couples to become Houseparents, playing a vital role in supporting the academic and personal growth of our students.
As Houseparents, you will live on campus with a small group of students, taking on the responsibility of providing daily care, guidance, and support. You will work closely with other staff members to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for our students.
Key qualifications for this role include experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Couples must be legally married for at least two years, aged 27 or older, and possess valid driver's licenses. They must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Sunday chapel services.
We are seeking compassionate couples who are dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of our students. If you are such a couple, we invite you to apply for this fulfilling opportunity.
