What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supportive Environment Advocate position at Milton Hershey School?
We are looking for experienced individuals who can work effectively with students from under-served settings. As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a consistent family-like structure and handling various responsibilities. You will lead daily devotions, take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, and abide by the school's policies.
Couples should be comfortable living in on-campus student homes and willing to relocate. They must have valid driver's licenses, be able to become certified to drive student home vans, and have a high school diploma or GED. They must also demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be willing to commit to the school's mission.
