Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to serve as House Parents, providing guidance and support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds in a family-like environment. As a House Parent, you will oversee daily activities, administer care, and help create a nurturing atmosphere within the school's on-campus homes.
About the Job
This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young students. As a Flex House Parent, you will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. Initially, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older.
