What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supportive Houseparents Sought position at Milton Hershey School?
As a flex houseparent couple, you will receive a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, which translates to a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple. You will also be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings and flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability options, and retirement savings.
In addition to these benefits, you will receive relocation assistance and paid training. You will also have the opportunity to work a flexible schedule with nine days on followed by three days off.
