You will live on-campus in student homes, creating a family-like structure for the students, and handle daily responsibilities such as transportation, medication administration, and budgeting.
This is a unique career path that requires consideration and commitment from both spouses. To succeed in this position, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You and your spouse must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
