Your Role as a Residential Youth Caregiver
As a married couple, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of students from disadvantaged backgrounds. You will live on-campus, providing a stable and supportive family-like environment for approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include guiding and mentoring students, managing household budgets, administering medications, and reporting incidents. You will also be responsible for driving students, leading daily devotions, and accompanying them to Sunday chapel services.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, particularly from under-served settings. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and meet certain age requirements. You must also demonstrate a high level of integrity, as you will serve as role models for the students.
