We are looking for couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will serve as a flex houseparent, providing guidance and nurturing to students in a family-style setting. Your responsibilities will include managing a household of 8-12 students, handling daily tasks such as driving and administering medication, and fostering a supportive environment that promotes academic success and personal growth.
