Role Overview
We are seeking married couples to join our team as Flex Houseparents. As a Flex Houseparent, you will live on-campus with a group of students, fostering a supportive family-like environment and promoting academic success.
Responsibilities
- Reside on-campus with students, providing a stable and caring environment
- Assist with daily activities, homework, and personal care
- Develop and implement plans to promote student growth and development
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless student care
Qualifications
- Experience working with youth, preferably in under-served settings
- Couple must be married for at least two years and both spouses 27 or older
- Dependent children are allowed, but limited to three per household
