What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Care Coordinators for Couples position at Milton Hershey School?
At Milton Hershey School, we're committed to providing a supportive and loving home environment for our students. That's why we're seeking couples to become Youth Care Coordinators, living on-campus and guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students.
As a Youth Care Coordinator, you will provide a consistent family-like structure, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will also be responsible for leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
We're looking for couples with experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be at least 27 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
