Job Description:
We are looking for a married couple who is passionate about working with youth and committed to creating a positive impact. As Flex Houseparents, you will be responsible for providing a safe and supportive environment for students, guiding them in daily routines and activities, and preparing meals and maintaining a clean living environment. You will also transport students to and from activities and appointments, administer medication, and handle emergencies.
Requirements:
To be eligible for this position, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
