We are seeking married couples to join our team as House Parents at Milton Hershey School. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the lives of at-risk students by providing a nurturing and supportive environment.
About the Role
As a House Parent, you will reside in an on-campus student home with your spouse and guide a group of 8-12 students daily. You will be responsible for creating a stable and supportive atmosphere, encouraging academic success, and promoting emotional well-being.

We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, with a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
