What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Care Couples position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is a unique educational institution that provides students from disadvantaged backgrounds with the resources they need to thrive. We are seeking married couples to become Youth Care Couples and join our team.
As Youth Care Couples, you will reside in on-campus student homes and guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will provide a consistent family-like structure for students, handle responsibilities such as driving and budgeting, and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. This role requires strong experience working with youth and a commitment to making a positive impact in their lives.
