As flex houseparents, you will reside in on-campus student homes and provide guidance and support to approximately 8-12 students. This role requires a deep understanding of child development and the ability to create a safe, nurturing environment.
Responsibilities include managing daily routines, transporting students, administering medication, and providing budgeting and reporting support. Our ideal candidates will have experience working or volunteering with youth and possess strong communication skills.
