Milton Hershey School is seeking couples to join our team as House Parents. In this role, you will provide a nurturing environment for a small group of students, guiding them in daily life and supporting their academic and personal growth. Your responsibilities will include transportation, medication administration, and budgeting, among others. You will also be expected to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.

You should both be at least 27 years old, married for at least two years, and comfortable living in an on-campus home. You must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have a valid driver's license. Additionally, you will need to complete an individual employment application and demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for students.
