Job Summary:
We are seeking married couples to join our team as Residential Youth Caregivers. As a couple, you will live on campus and provide a nurturing family-like environment for students aged pre-K through 12th grade. Your responsibilities will include guiding students, administering medication, and handling household tasks while fostering personal development and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide students in daily activities and support their academic and personal growth
- Administer medication and ensure students' physical and emotional well-being
- Manage household tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and laundry
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for students
Requirements:
- Couples must be married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
