Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, providing a nurturing family-like environment for students.
As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will be responsible for managing daily activities, administering medication, and ensuring the well-being of the students in your care. You must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
Couples should be legally married for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older. No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You will also be required to abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy.
