We're hiring married couples to become flex house parents. Flex house parents reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. They provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and transport students
- Administer medication and manage medical needs
- Maintain a safe and healthy living environment
- Liaise with teachers and school staff to support students' academic success
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
