As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you and your spouse will have the opportunity to serve as flex houseparents in on-campus homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students.
As a flex houseparent, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for students, handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will also lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.

- Salary: $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
