Job Responsibilities
As a Residential Youth Caregiver, your primary responsibility will be to provide a nurturing environment for students. This will involve creating a family-like structure with your spouse, providing daily care, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and guiding students in their personal growth and development. You will work closely with other staff members to ensure that every student receives the support and guidance they need to succeed.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, you and your spouse must have relevant experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must also meet specific qualifications outlined in our job description, including being legally married for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older. You should also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for the students.
