As a Residential Youth Caregiver at Milton Hershey School, you will play a vital role in the lives of our students. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and supportive living environment, overseeing daily activities, and managing student needs. This role requires previous experience working with youth and a high degree of integrity, as all staff members serve as role models for our students.
