Milton Hershey School is seeking a unique career path for couples who can provide a family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As Youth Development Advocates, you will reside in on-campus student homes and guide approximately 8-12 students. This role involves various responsibilities, including mentoring, driving, and administering medication.

We are looking for couples who have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a salary of $43,825 per person, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings and flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability options, and retirement savings.
