Role Overview
Flex houseparents reside on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. This role involves managing responsibilities such as supervision, medication administration, budgeting, and driving.
The ideal candidate couple will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and they must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Responsibilities
- Reside on-campus student homes with a group of 8-12 students
- Manage responsibilities such as supervision, medication administration, budgeting, and driving
- Provide a consistent family-like structure for students
- Lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
