We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, residing on-campus student homes and providing a consistent family-like structure for students. Flex houseparents handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more. When initially hired, flex houseparents cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
The salary for this position is $43,825 per person, with a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
