About the Position
The Transitional Living Assistant will work in a year-round position, supervising high school seniors in campus residence buildings in Hershey, PA. This role involves mentoring MHS seniors to ensure they develop the life skills necessary for success post-graduation – whether they are entering post-secondary education, the military, or the world of work.
Your Responsibilities
- Mentor MHS seniors to develop life skills
- Create and supervise evening and weekend recreational activities
- Coverage in MHS's student homes as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Valid driver's license in good standing and ability to become certified to drive a 9-passenger van
- Experience mentoring, teaching &/or advising diverse youth from under-served settings desired
